• Documents and files uploaded through supported ERP features

Device or Other IDs

• Information generated while using ERP features such as student, parent, staff, faculty, admission, academic, finance, transport, communication, and notification features, depending on your role and institution configuration

Data Sharing

Ventura EduTech does not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers only when necessary to operate Nexus360, provide infrastructure, enable authentication, deliver notifications, support storage and communications, process payments where applicable, or comply with legal requirements. These providers are permitted to use information only to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise required by law.

We may also share information with your educational institution, as Nexus360 is provided through institutional accounts and workflows. Your institution controls many aspects of how data is used within its deployment.

Nexus360 may rely on third-party services to support core functionality. These services may process limited information as needed to provide their role in the application. Services used may include:

• Supabase — backend database, authentication, and secure file storage for application data
• Google Maps — map and location services for transport tracking and related campus features, when enabled by your institution
• Messaging and notification providers — delivery of SMS, email, in-app notifications, and WhatsApp messages where configured by your institution
• Payment gateway providers — processing of online fee payments where online payment features are enabled

Third-party services are subject to their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the policies of those providers where applicable.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission where applicable, access controls, authentication measures, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
